Position Overview :

We are seeking a Bilingual Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) projects using Genesys Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of experience in project management, a passion for building strong business relationships, and a consultative approach to optimizing team projects for successful delivery.

Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Execution (30%)

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Genesys Cloud CCaaS projects, ensuring milestones are met on schedule and within scope.

Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Management (25%)

Problem-Solving and Risk Management (20%)

Optimization and Process Improvement (15%)

Reporting and Documentation (10%)
