Agilus is recruiting for a Service Division Manager in the construction industry in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Accountabilities :
- Reviewing invoices and quotes to monitor profit margins
- Coordinating the schedules of installs and repair work
- Assist with dispatching and scheduling techs to job sites
- Coaching and performance management of technicians
You bring :
- 10 years of experience in skilled trades such as HVAC or refrigeration
- Familiarity with managing operations, particularly in a trades environment
- Extensive computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new software programs
- A valid drivers license, to drive to job sites for management purposes
You'll receive :
- $80,000 - $100,000 pour annee
- Medical and dental benefits package
- Paid vacation
