Service Division Manager

Agilus is recruiting for a Service Division Manager in the construction industry in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Accountabilities:

• Reviewing invoices and quotes to monitor profit margins
• Coordinating the schedules of installs and repair work
• Assist with dispatching and scheduling techs to job sites
• Coaching and performance management of technicians

You bring:

• 10 years of experience in skilled trades such as HVAC or refrigeration
• Familiarity with managing operations, particularly in a trades environment
• Extensive computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new software programs
• A valid drivers license, to drive to job sites for management purposes

You'll receive:

• $80,000 - $100,000 pour annee
• Medical and dental benefits package
• Paid vacation
