Agile Delivery Manager

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Drives high‑quality delivery across projects and programs using Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methods. Removes obstacles, improves delivery processes, and partners across teams to ensure predictable, transparent outcomes. Operates at an enterprise level, applying expertise to solve complex problems and adapt to changing needs.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Facilitate Discovery, Story Mapping, and Agile ceremonies.
. Coach teams and Product Owners on prioritization, estimation, and delivery practices.
. Lead planning, refinement, and continuous improvement activities.
. Track performance using Agile metrics and maintain JIRA and financial data.
. Support solution architecture reviews and vendor/extended team coordination.
. Prepare status, risk, and issue reporting; ensure MOR readiness for releases.
. Apply delivery best practices (ASP, SDLC, PDLC) and maintain key artifacts.
. Address complex issues and contribute to broader organizational initiatives.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 7+ years of relevant experience with related post‑secondary education (or equivalent).
. Advanced knowledge of Agile, SDLC, PDLC/PMLC, iterative and hybrid delivery.
. Strong delivery management, governance, DevOps, release management, and architecture process understanding.
. Expertise in financial tracking, value realization, and continuous improvement.
. Strong communication, influence, collaboration, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
