Project Manager

Working under the direction of the Senior Project Manager - ICT this position will conduct project management activities including but not limited to :

• Overseeing all elements of project implementation as well as supporting implementation of all necessary processes and practices to ensure initiatives are delivered according to the required scope budget and timeline.
• Participating and supporting working groups / committees to support project governance and the achievement of project deliverables and fostering successful change;
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress issues and solutions to stakeholders and escalating issues as appropriate;
• Supporting interprofessional stakeholders through all phases of the project life cycle while simultaneously providing coaching motivation and guidance throughout the duration of the project;
• Working with interprofessional stakeholders to analyze projects for needs assessment system selection and / or process reengineering (including process mapping) leveraging available technology as appropriate.
• Creating and implementing change management and project plans that maximize employee engagement supporting smooth adoption of changes impacting employees and the organization;
• Engaging and communicating with stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are met and understood.
• Direct and guide more junior project staff who may be accountable for aspects of assigned projects.

Status : Temporary Full-time (approx. 12 months)

Hours : Monday to Friday - 7.5 hour day shifts; 0800 - 1600 (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs)

Salary : $53.026 - $66.308 per hour
