We are seeking an Enterprise Senior Benefits Specialist to join our team in the Greater Toronto area.

People Corporation continues to grow, and we are looking for a team player to join our Enterprise Group Solutions team in Ontario. You will be joining a team of professionals with a broad range of skills and expertise to provide our clients with knowledgeable guidance, superior customer service and technical capabilities. The Enterprise Senior Benefits Specialist will be responsible for :
- Developing clear and concise prospect and client materials including presentations, benchmarking reports, proposals, Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions and employee communications;
- Organize and execute on new business initiatives to support objectives including conferences, client seminars, lead lists, campaigns and quarterly newsletters;
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, clients and insurance carrier partners to strategically support client and company goals and objectives;
- Manage the client onboarding process, including preparation and execution of insurance carrier marketings, enrolments, communications, and transitions to other carriers;
- Handle client inquiries and act as a valuable liaison between clients and insurance carriers;
- Efficiently prioritize tasks and adapt as needed, guided by their importance and urgency
To be successful as an Enterprise Senior Benefits Specialist with People Corporation, you will need :
Document, maintain and track prospects and clients in the company’s workflow systemHighly developed MSOffice skills; an advanced level of PowerPoint is requiredClient-focused with an unwavering commitment to service excellenceStrong communication skills, with excellent proficiency in English - both written and verbalDemonstrated capacity for independent work and proactive initiative, coupled with proficient time management skills to effectively prioritize prospect, client, and internal commitmentsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of Adobe InDesign is an assetGroup Benefits Associate (GBA), LLQP, and / or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) is an assetBilingualism is an asset but not requiredThere may be occasional travel required for industry events or corporate meetingsAll-star candidates will have :
3+ years in the Benefits industryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong knowledge of Group Benefits considered an assetLife License (LLQP) considered an assetWhat's in it for you :
