Business Analyst - Hubspot

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US and Europe.

We currently have a long term project with our Microsoft Gold Certified consulting client, working on a client engagement as a Business Analyst - Hubspot for Q2C project. The resource could work part-time hours initially during a 4 week phase, then project should kick into Phase 2, fulltime hours.

Role: Business Analyst - Hubspot

Type: Contract - will be p/t initially 60 hrs in about 4-6 weeks, then the project will move to f/t hours of 40/week

Location: Remote - Toronto, ON

Rate: $100- $130/hr target range but Open based on expectations as a C2C contractor

High level role summary

Business Analyst with strong Hubspot automation experience.

Must be a expert in all the functionalities in Hubspot and document workflows and other aspects.

Work closely with the Q2C Architect

Assist with process documentation

Youll partner closely with Finance, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to understand pain points in the quote-to-cash process, translate business requirements into technical solutions, drive automation initiatives, and ensure seamless data flow across our financial ecosystem. If you have experience supporting or implementing AR/billing/ERP systems and enjoy solving problems through technology, this role is an excellent opportunity to have immediate and meaningful impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to align strategies and ensure systems support business goals

Required Experience

• 3+ years in a Busines Analyst working with Hubspot automation
• Hands-on experience configuring or administering AR, billing, or finance systems such as: HighRadius, Billtrust, Versapay, YayPay/Quadient, Tesorio, NetSuite (AR/Billing modules), Workday, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, and AR lifecycle workflows (invoicing payments collections reconciliation).
  
  

Technical Skills

• Experience with system implementation, UAT, workflow configuration, and integrations (API, middleware).
• Experience using automation tools (e.g., Workato, UiPath, Zapier) or ERP/AR workflow engines.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries and analyze data using Looker or similar BI tools.
