Position Summary IX Solutions is looking for a passionate, driven Business Administration Assistant who will collaborate with the Manager, Business Administration to maintain IX Solutions corporate services for our clients, employees, and vendors.

The position is in Kamloops, British Columbia and reports to the Manager, Business Administration, working 40 hours per week with typical business hours being 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm Monday to Friday.

Balancing multiple priorities with deadlines is a requirement and after-hours availability may be required on occasions.

Are skilled at building rapport and enjoy supporting others Responsibilities Set up contracts, projects, and services in our ERP platform Prepare ERP reports as requested Complete monthly reconciliation of client licenses Assist with reconciling monthly invoices and accounts payable invoices Review month end reporting and complete month end tasks Provide coverage vacation coverage and complete tasks including Regus mail redirection, bank deposits and other tasks as required Participate in improving IXS business administration processes Assist with developing processes and repeatable corporate practices Create and maintain accurate and effective documentation Assist with documentation preparation, formatting and review Manage company cell phone plan Answer and direct phone calls to IXS employees Order office supplies and research new office supply deals Manage IXS shipping Schedule company-wide meetings, such as townhalls and training Schedule and coordinate travel bookings for employee travel Coordinate and plan client events Complete IX Solutions event planning Manage and coordinate IX Solutions merchandise and swag Other duties as required Qualifications / Expertise Have strong attention to detail and accuracy Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Are adaptable and can adjust to a fast paced, changing environment Possess strong computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a bonus Bookkeeping or accounting experience is a bonus QuickBooks Online experience is a bonus Professional Characteristics Communicate in an open, helpful manner and build relationships across the organization Provide leadership and assistance to colleagues and future employees;

Foster and participate in a collaborative work environment and culture Challenge the status quo Take personal accountability and provide end to end ownership of a solution or obstacle Engage with team and demonstrate commitment to alignment with the organizational mission and corporate values Possess excellent communication skills Have strong organization and time management skills Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Possess exceptional attention to detail Have the ability to work within processes, yet know when to try something different, problem solving and offering solutions to overcome obstacles Requirements Legally permitted to work within Canada Hold a valid Driver’s License and vehicle Ability to speak and write English fluently Compensation The Business Administration Assistant position is a 40 hour per week salary position with an annual salary range of $40,000 - $52,000.
