Responsibilities

• Coordinate all development stages in a proactive and tenacious manner and represent the company with the city, lawyers, planning consultants and surveyors.
• Coordinate construction plans and final plan approvals with governing municipalities and contractors to meet schedules on time and successfully.
• Support executives on all aspects of project development, plan and implement projects, and attend preconstruction conferences with contractors and civil engineers to review plans, specifications and drawings.
