Role description :

The Principal Delivery Consultant - Analytics Solutions is a pivotal role that harmonizes technical expertise in Asset Investment Planning with client empathy to propel successful project outcomes and foster business growth.

As a key member of the Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) solutions delivery team, you will adeptly convey technical intricacies in a client-friendly manner, fashioning tailored solutions that resonate with client requirements.

Your proficiency will be instrumental in bridging the gap between product capabilities and client needs, ensuring a seamless alignment between proposed solutions and client expectations.

In this multifaceted role, you will play a critical part in navigating the technical pre-sales process and seamlessly transition this understanding into the execution of analytics solutions projects to realize client outcomes and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities entail understanding and articulating complex technical nuances to clients, translating their requirements into a solution design, and leading technical demonstrations that are aligned with client needs.

Role accountabilities :

The Principal Delivery Consultant will spearhead the technical aspects of business winning, ensuring that product capabilities are effectively conveyed and translated into client-centric solutions.

Your responsibilities will involve articulating complex technical details in a client-friendly manner and delivering a solution design that is deliverable and aligned with client expectations.

Your technical acumen and communication finesse will play a pivotal role in influencing client decisions, securing project alignment, and driving successful outcomes through a synergy of technical expertise and client interaction.

Furthermore, your expertise will shine as you craft compelling bid content, execute technical presentations, and serve as the technical anchor across the end-to-end client engagement.

Tailoring product demonstrations to accentuate the 'ease of use' and value of the product being showcased, interpreting client requirements and data into technical designs, and aligning product proposals with technical specifics will be central to your role.

Your responsibilities extend into project delivery, where you will either lead or contribute to the projects you helped to win, ensuring the realization of the client's vision and business objectives.

Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders will be pivotal in shaping technical narratives that resonate with clients and underpin successful project implementations.

Internally, you will be responsible for translating client and industry context into a clear set of requirements to inform the EDA product roadmap.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Proficiency in articulating intricate technical details to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong technical acumen to craft bespoke technical solutions that address distinct client needs and objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills to deliver technical demonstrations with clarity, precision, and relevance to client expectations.
• Experience spanning the business winning and delivery life cycles, facilitating seamless project transitions and client-centric technical delivery.
• Proficiency in formulating and presenting technical solutions in the Asset Management sphere, emphasizing technical depth and simplicity.
• Familiarity with Asset Investment Planning or Enterprise Asset Management software and the capability to elucidate technical value to clients compellingly.
• Collaborative mindset to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders across both pre-sales and project delivery phases.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g. R and / or Python).
• Desirable qualifications include IAM Certificate or Diploma.
