Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Uro-Oncology to join theirteam. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the successful launch of newpharmaceutical products and managing the product lifecycle from developmentthrough commercialization and post-launch. Candidates with strong launchexperience and a passion for bringing innovative therapies to market areencouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a central point of contact for internalleadership and cross-functional teams, providing regular updates onproject milestones, risks, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial teams to ensureproduct readiness aligns with market demands, including development ofsales training resources and marketing materials.
  • Facilitate internal meetings to review projectstatus, address challenges, and align cross-functional teams on nextsteps.
  • Build and oversee detailed product plans andtimelines, adapting priorities as business needs and market conditionsevolve.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams acrossresearch, regulatory affairs, commercial operations, and marketing tosupport product development and launch readiness.
  • Manage comprehensive launch preparation,coordinating with all involved functions such as manufacturing,regulatory, supply chain, sales, and medical affairs to ensure successfulmarket entry.
  • Support market introduction by contributing toregulatory submissions, pricing strategies, market access initiatives, andpromotional planning.
  • Lead the design and execution of product plans fornew pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with organizationalpriorities.
  • Analyze competitive activity and gather marketintelligence to shape product positioning, messaging, and overall launchapproach.
  • Use market data, customer insights, and commercialfeedback to inform future product updates and manage lifecycle strategy.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and partnerwith relevant teams to identify areas for ongoing improvement oradjustment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such asLife Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields; advanced degree (MBAor similar) preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in productmanagement within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related healthcaresectors.
  • Proven experience managing entire productlifecycles, with a strong track record of leading product launches for newtherapies or indications.
  • Experience with products in specialized therapeuticareas such as rare diseases, oncology, or biologics is an asset.
  • Exposure to digital health solutions or integrationof digital technologies into product management processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with business tools, Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive, Outlook), as well as othersoftware packages and platforms – OCE CRM, Dashboards, Navision (Finance),etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiplelevels of an organization.
  • Broad understanding of industry trends, marketdynamics, and competitive landscapes within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory processes, pricing,market access, and commercialization within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated abilityto lead cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability tointerpret data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project managementabilities, with a focus on driving execution and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
