Our client is looking SRE Production Support for long term project in Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Below is the detail requirement.

Role: SRE Production Support
Location: Toronto , ON (Hybrid)

Job Description:

7+ Years of Experience

Engineering:

• Develop SRE solutions (monitoring and alerting, machine learning anomaly detection, self-healing and reliability testing)
• Simplifies development by building repeatable solutions to manual tasks.
• Enable SRE components .
• Manage applications hosted on Azure and OpenShift.

Production Support:

• Perform production support role, including off-hours support and rotational on-call support
• Assist in incident management and problem management for applications in scope.
• Maintain technology currency

Tech Stacks

• Working knowledge of Azure
• Dynatrace/ELK/Splunk for monitoring and observability
• Ansible
• Catchpoint.
