Job description

Solving HR Challenges with Technology | IT Analyst

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
Lead architectural discussions, code reviews and best practice implementation
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including designers, BSA, back‑end team and QA
Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability
Ensure technical feasibility of UI / UX designs (FIGMA) and implement responsive, user‑friendly interfaces
Work with databases, BFF layers and APIs to build secure and efficient front‑end systems

Technical Skills Required :

Back‑end : Node.js, Express.js, PHP

Other skills : strong debugging, performance optimization and problem‑solving abilities

Nice to have : Banking experience

Qualifications :

10+ years of hands‑on software development experience

Proven track record of building and deploying full‑stack applications at scale

Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies and best coding practices

Excellent communication and leadership skills
