We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven professional to join our Information Technology department as the Manager of our Project Management Office (PMO).
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the PMO. You will provide day-to-day oversight, leadership, coaching, and mentoring to our growing team, ensuring projects are prioritized, appropriately resourced and successfully completed on time and within budget.
You will ensure that PMO processes, standards, tools and templates are in place and continuously assessed and improved. Your role will involve providing strategic, technical, operational, and financial leadership for the successful delivery of IT projects and programs, ensuring they are technically sound and consistent with stakeholders' priorities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's (or advanced Master's) degree in Business Information Systems, Information Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of nine (9) years of senior formal project management experience, delivering quality outcomes within defined scope, time, and cost.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- the ability to work effectively with management, peers, staff, and other stakeholders; experience managing, coaching, and mentoring teams of project managers;
strong leadership and business management skills; experience managing operating and capital budgets. ITIL and / or COBIT certification is an asset.
Experience in managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects is an asset. Experience with Jira, ServiceNow and PWA is an asset.
