Our Client is seeking a talented Team Leader / Manager to step into this Claims Manager role for their propety field adjusters! As the Claims Leader, you'll create an environment where people excel and strengthen their team by developing employees' potential in their current roles and future aspirations.

You'll collaborate with team members to improve systems, enhancing service for customers, fostering a supportive workplace, and boosting financial performance.

The ideal candidate will communicate confidently, with curiosity and courage, fostering collaboration to outline clear goals and how their team contributes to achieving them.

This role can be remote but with frequent travel around the Greater Vancouver area.

• Identify and retain top talent to bolster the team.

Requirements :

• CIP or FCIP Industry designation.
• 5+ years in Claims / Insurance with strong property knowledge.
• 2+ years of direct leadership experience.
• Technical expertise in personal and commercial insurance.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to leverage data for performance improvement.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
