About the Company

Forge Recruitment is currently engaged in a search for a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk for our client, a reputable mid-size firm located in Brampton.

You will be responsible for :

• Drafting pleadings, preparing Affidavits of Documents, summaries of productions, discovery briefs, transcripts of examinations, et al.
• Maintaining, organizing, and reporting on litigation files
• legal research, books of authorities and other briefs
• Preparing charts and summaries of evidence
• Maintaining bring-forward system

Salary Range

$65,000 - $70,000
