About the Company

Forge Recruitment is currently engaged in a search for a Commercial Litigation Law Clerk for our client, a reputable mid-size firm located in Brampton.

You will be responsible for :

Drafting pleadings, preparing Affidavits of Documents, summaries of productions, discovery briefs, transcripts of examinations, et al.
Maintaining, organizing, and reporting on litigation files
legal research, books of authorities and other briefs
Preparing charts and summaries of evidence
Maintaining bring-forward system

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in a similar role

Completion of a Law Clerk program is a must

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range

$65,000 - $70,000
