Shape team performance by managing workloads and improving processes. Use your leadership and management skills to guide a dynamic team towards achieving objectives, while creating a culture of safety and efficiency. Your role :  Determine the workload (production volume) and monitor inventory movements in the facility frequently throughout the dayUse the Planning Matrix to evaluate staffing needs to meet daily, weekly, and monthly volume swingsCommunicate effectively with the management team regarding business objectives, safety issues, current issues, upcoming events, and demands for the dayBuild a culture of safety in the work environment.
