Job description

Lead the demand Forecasting process for the Canadian entities at a national level

Develop bottom-up forecasting models for each key account

Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.

Lead pre consensus with account managers and consensus meetings with commercial to align forecast at a national level

Lead the monthly S&OP meeting presenting to the larger organization

Track and record Drug Shortages in the marketplace and asses the impact on the Company forecast

Develop relationships with the internal sales team to get customer information to build a robust forecast

Lead the weekly allocation meeting to discuss changes in supply positions and strategies based on demand

Act as face of the supply chain to external customers including working with external customers on supply issues, allocation, and forecast changes

Track customer DC level inventory on a weekly and monthly basis

Work is measured against key Supply Chain metrics including :

Forecasting Accuracy

Customer Service Levels

Finished goods write offs

Work on various projects across the supply chain as requested

Job Requirements :

3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain management; experience in forecasting and demand planning an asset
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Exposure to pharmaceutical or consumer products industry

Solid computer skills; SAP or rapid response an asset
