Big Data Lake Hadoop Cloudera Expert – Job Description

• Directs development of complex artifacts for digital media (web or native app) to exchange information, elicit emotion and facilitate interaction

• Data Lake Big Data Cloudera Expert

• Review existing reference data CDP cluster architecture setup

• Review fine grain technical implementation details such as partitioning scheme, data format, partition maintenance scheme/process, spring batch data load setup such as edge node, batch/split size etc. for optimal performance

• Identify and prioritize findings for the most positive impact and value for money working with application architect and management

• Set up CDP DR for reference data application working with enterprise DNA team leveraging appropriate data copy tools or in-house build optimal process

• Coordinates multiple artifacts for varying disciplines in complex situations.

• Creates highly complex low-fidelity sketches, hi-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to communicate intent, or delivery specifications for development

• Creates highly complex user flows and experience for inter-related complex flows

• Manages design tasks and delivery and ensures visual displays, components, colour and type meet the specified accessibility requirements

Big Data Lake Hadoop Cloudera Expert – Mandatory Skills

• Computer science or similar education background

• 7+ years total work experience

• 5+ years hands on development experience in big data Hadoop Cloudera

• 5+ years' experience in SDLC models (waterfall, and agile)

• Must have 2+ years local North American work experience

• 2+ years java coding experience

• 2+ years dev ops experience (Git, Jenkins, maven)

Big Data Lake Hadoop Cloudera Expert - Nice to Have Skills

• Capital markets work experience preferred

• Reference data (securities, trading books, client data, etc.) preferred

• Additional desired Big Data skills:
