Job Description :

⦁ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).Coach the team and organization on Agile principles and Scrum framework.

⦁ Remove impediments to the teams progress and escalate issues when necessary.

⦁ Ensure transparency in team progress through metrics and reporting (e.g., burndown charts, velocity).

⦁ Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.

⦁ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational agility.
