• 8-10 years of experience in Quadient Inspire platform
  

• Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire Designer Interactive and Scalar
  

• Good understanding of document composition layout design and output management
  

• Experience with data integration and automation within Quadient
  

• Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes
  

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  

• Design and develop communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer
  

• Work with Interactive and Scalar components to deliver dynamic and scalable communication solutions
  

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  

• Optimize and maintain existing Quadient templates and workflows
  

• Ensure compliance with branding regulatory and accessibility standards
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quadient templates and output
  

• Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members
  

• Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality and performance of deliverables
