Role Summary : NearSource is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer specializing in Node.js and React to join our global engineering team. In this role, you will design and deliver secure, scalable web applications, collaborating with software engineers, QA, and designers to drive enterprise-grade solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain high-quality, secure, and stable code for enterprise-grade applications
• Lead and participate in design and code reviews to ensure scalability and best practices
• Develop estimates, evaluate risks, and identify dependencies to support project planning
• Collaborate with a distributed engineering team across Toronto and global locations to deliver high-impact solutions
