Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize high-performance Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity / Revenue Cloud) solutions for B2C telecom products (mobile, home broadband), ensuring scalability, reliability, and low-latency user experiences.
• Lead the design of Comms Cloud CPQ and Product Catalog while defining efficient Salesforce integration patterns using OOTB and custom APIs to support Digital Commerce and front-end channels.
• Drive Salesforce performance excellence through system design reviews, integration optimization, API governance, and best practices across digital commerce implementations.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
