We are seeking a passionate, creative, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. This role requires a strong focus in developing and executing brand marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for enhancing our organic and paid social media presence. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will help ensure Peakhill’s brand, products, and events are effectively positioned for various client segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging, creative, and clean visuals for : digital marketing campaigns, print materials, paid ads, and other communication pieces
- Work with the Marketing lead to manage content calendars
- Actively engage with new followers to boost engagement across social platforms
- Assist the Marketing lead in launching paid ad strategy, conduct A / B campaign testing on visuals and messaging, and develop campaign schedules
- Assist in the filming, production, and editing of video-based campaigns (e.g. video series, webinars, event photography / videography, etc.)
- Assist with on-site logistics for Peakhill-hosted events (e.g. pre-event set up, shift scheduling, post-event organization, etc.)
- Develop and implement new marketing campaigns to grow Peakhill’s brand presence across digital platforms
- Ensure that multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to manage project timelines effectively, ensure timely delivery of content, and align marketing efforts with business goals
- Stay current with industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in a communications, marketing, digital content creation / advertising, videography, or social media (brand, agency, etc.) roleExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsOrganized, creative, and detail-orientedPrevious experience or interest in commercial real estate is requiredPrevious experience with Adobe Creative Suite is considered an assetPrevious experience with paid marketing is considered an assetBilingual (English / French) written and verbal communication is considered an assetDemonstrates a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentialityPlease include a link to your portfolio along with your resume.
