Senior Java Software Engineer

Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Senior Java Developer for one of our clients.

Job Location : Toronto, ON - Onsite

Employment Type : Contract

Duration : 12+ Months

• Core Development (Must-Have)
• Java Mastery : Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience with Open JDK 8 and 11.
• Spring Framework : 3+ years of hands‑on development using Spring Boot 2 or 3.
• API Architecture : 3+ years of experience building and maintaining both legacy SOAP Web Services and modern RESTful APIs.
• Containerization : 3+ years of experience managing applications within Docker containers and orchestrating them via Kubernetes.
• Modern DevOps : Proven track record in Git-based version control and building robust CI / CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment.
• Azure Environment : Practical experience working within Azure cloud environments to host and scale Java applications.
