Putting people first, every day BD0 is a firm built on a foundation of positive relationships with our people and our clients. Each day, our professionals provide exceptional service, helping clients with advice and insight they can trust. In turn, we offer an award-winning environment that fosters a people-first culture with a high priority on your personal and professional growth.

Your Opportunity

Reporting to the National Manager, CPA Student Programs, the Coordinator, CPA Program provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to CPA students across the firm. This is a new role which will help ensure smooth processes for practical experience reporting, education tracking, and CFE preparation activities. You will support the overall administration of 170+ Pre-Approved Programs (PPRs) and assist with delivering a positive, organized experience for CPA students, mentors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the CPA Student Programs team, including responding to student questions through shared inboxes and AssistMe tickets.
  • Assist CPA students and mentors with basic guidance related to practical experience reporting (PERT) and onboarding activities.
  • Perform routine PERT administration such as enrollments, data checks, updating employment information, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the annual CPA Program Monitoring process by coordinating documentation, tracking requirements, and assisting with compliance activities across all programs.
  • Maintain tracking of CPA PEP candidates and help consolidate module exam results on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist with CFE Prep logistics, including coordinating Densmore enrollments, scheduling information sessions, managing skill-drill / event communications, organizing CFE Coach pairings, and supporting case review administration.
  • Assist with information gathering and validating firmwide CFE results for distribution on CFE Results Days in August and November / December.
  • Coordinate internal communication and follow-ups with local offices and cross-functional stakeholders as required.
  • Provide general administrative coordination for meetings, reporting, and ongoing program operations.
  • Facilitating CPA student orientation and regular information sessions for both co-op and full-time employees.

How We Define Success

  • You model BD0’s core values — Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration — in your daily work.
  • You provide helpful, timely, and professional support to students and colleagues.
  • You contribute to efficient, accurate program administration and positive student experiences.
  • You engage in an inclusive, collaborative team environment and remain open to learning.
  • You adopt and use digital tools to streamline work and improve processes.
  • You actively develop your skills through on-the-job learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business administration, office administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Client-service mindset with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with PERT or CPA programs is an asset.
  • Experienced working with data, spreadsheets, and a variety of digital tools to support reporting and tracking.
  • The expected range of compensation for this role is $51,000 to $77,000 annually
