About the Opportunity
Working on behalf of one of the largest and most prestigious NGO’s, we have the good fortune of conducting a search for a Bilingual Executive Assistant.
Reporting to the President & CEO, you will provide support services for the Office of the CEO, by maintaining strong and collaborative relationships with Senior Managers, the Board of Directors and federal government stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Provide support to the CEO through extensive calendar management, travel itinerary, tracking and management of correspondence, executive briefings and files
- Support the Office of the CEO by managing stakeholder communications regarding sensitive issues, request for information, briefings and senior level meetings
- Liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on large scale projects with the responsibility or coordinating the organizations input
- Liaise with members of Senior Management Committee and their Executive Assistants to ensure communication and execution of SMC action items
- Contribute to the coordination of major corporate events, retreats and tours
About You
The successful candidate will have the following :
- Post-secondary education in administration or related field
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience supporting an executive
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate priorities effectively across the organization
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with discretion, recognizing when information is confidential
- The ability to work well under pressure, with deadlines
- Fluency in both English & French
- Strong technical skills in the MsOffice suite of software
- The ability to obtain a federal government Secret level Security Clearance
About the Job
This position is a full time / permanent position offering an annual salary of $65,000-$75,000 with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a retirement component.
They are conveniently located central west and offer a hybrid work arrangement that will see most employees in office two to three times weekly with occasional exceptions.
