Logistics Coordinator

Overview

Super Ming Trading Inc. is a Canadian wholesale supplier and offers a wide range of vaping supplies. The Company has a job opening for a Logistics Coordinator (13201). This is a permanent full-time position that coordinates and monitors product movement and ensures that products are shipped and received on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the logistics operations of supply chain units or departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule production runs efficiently, balancing cost and time considerations.
• Maintain regular communication with production coordinators, warehouse teams, production and construction supervisors, as well as purchasing and inventory clerks to synchronize activities across warehouses, production floors, construction sites, and other supply chain units or departments.
• Keep track of materials and parts inventory necessary for production, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and available when needed.
• Prepare and update various reports on work progress, materials usage, production rates, and other relevant production information using both manual and computerized systems.

Qualifications

Working Hours & Salary

Working Hours : 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (including one hour lunch break)

Job Salary : $38 per hour.

Language

English (as needed for the role).
