Brand Representative will : Leverage the client-provided leads, establish strong connections with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional product guidance through excellent brand consultation Promote our clients' brands during marketing campaigns, promotional events, and sales presentations face-to-face or over a phone call with the customers Identify the customers' pain points and preferences to provide the best available service and / or product solution for their needs Serve as a primary point of contact to address prospects' inquiries and concerns Enhance brand awareness and develop effective sales strategies by collaborating with team members and other departments Effectively follow internal processes to track, manage, and log all activities in Salesforce.
