Insurance Sales Producer

As an Insurance Sales Producer with Western Financial Group, you will be be provided warm leads from the company website to sell a variety of Personal Lines Insurance Products.

Here is what a typical day looks like

• Conduct sales calls with new business leads provided from the company website
• Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
• Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
• Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

The value you bring

Hours : Full Time, Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours / week within Digital Sales team operating hours : Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 8 : 00pm and Rotational Weekends 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Location : Remote in Ontario

Compensation : $40,000 salary + 40% commission on new business
