About the Role : Audiobooks Programmer

The Audiobooks Programmer will play a pivotal role in driving engagement with audiobooks content programming across the U.S., UK, and Canada. As part of the Global Spoken Word team , you will manage quarterly and monthly content themes , curate audiobooks experiences , and collaborate closely with content strategy , marketing , and industry relations teams.

Ideal candidates are passionate about book content and have a proven ability to turn customer insights into actionable programming strategies. You will focus on enhancing the user experience, curating top content , and ensuring alignment with customer engagement goals .
