The company, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Systems Analyst to support two teams and perform day-to-day operational activities including application monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting and implementing changes following the defined change control process. The Systems Analyst may also be required to assist with project deliverables. Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day application and operational support.
- Configuration & Customization : Tailoring applications to meet specific business needs.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Diagnosing and resolving application-related problems.
- Upgrades & Patch Management : Testing software updates and ensuring compatibility.
- Requirements Gathering : Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Workflow Analysis : Evaluating current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Reports, and data extracts to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborating with clinical, business, and technical teams to align application functionality with operational goals.
- Change Management Support : Assisting with training, documentation, and communication during system changes.
- Assist with inflight projects as needed.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.Experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration and test script creation.Experience utilizing testing tools such as TestRail to document and create testing cases and scenarios.Excellent verbal / written communication skills.Excellent documentation skills.Clinical and healthcare experience beneficial.Experience with TeleTracking products like Capacity Management Suite, RTLS, and CWS would be an asset.If you have this expertise, and are able to work in Canada, please submit your resume.
