System Analyst (ID#5216)

The company, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Systems Analyst to support two teams and perform day-to-day operational activities including application monitoring, documentation, troubleshooting and implementing changes following the defined change control process. The Systems Analyst may also be required to assist with project deliverables. Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day application and operational support.
• Configuration & Customization : Tailoring applications to meet specific business needs.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Diagnosing and resolving application-related problems.
• Upgrades & Patch Management : Testing software updates and ensuring compatibility.
• Requirements Gathering : Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Workflow Analysis : Evaluating current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Reports, and data extracts to support decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborating with clinical, business, and technical teams to align application functionality with operational goals.
• Change Management Support : Assisting with training, documentation, and communication during system changes.
• Assist with inflight projects as needed.
