Benefits Specialist Remote
Responsibilities Inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, basic computer knowledge, completing the necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development.
Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes.
