As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of job site activity, including layout, scheduling, materials, safety, and team leadership. You will be accountable for quality assurance, client satisfaction, and job profitability while mentoring crew members and supporting their growth. This is a leadership role for someone with deep construction experience who is confident in taking projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of patios, retaining walls, steps, garden beds, water features, and poolscapes.
• Supervise and support crew members, including Lead Hands and Labourers.
• Coordinate daily tasks, timelines, and materials based on project plans and budgets.
• Read and interpret landscape drawings and ensure all work meets design and contractual specifications.
• Operate and train others on compactors, skid steers, excavators, saws, and other equipment.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients on progress, delays, and solutions.
• Maintain a safe and efficient job site with a strong focus on crew morale and safety.
• Perform daily quality checks and ensure all finishing touches meet LP standards.
• Track materials used and assist with documentation and reporting.
