Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Manual Machinist . This is not a machine operator role—this position requires hands-on experience in precision manual machining within a job shop or industrial repair environment. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate a range of manual machines, including engine lathes, manual mills, and large vertical / horizontal mills
- Interpret complex engineered drawings and blueprints with a high degree of accuracy
- Use micrometers, calipers, and precision tools to maintain tolerances down to .0001"
- Hold overall part tolerances within .001"
- Consistently follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a zero-incident workplace
- Perform high-quality work under tight deadlines, including mandatory overtime
- Occasionally travel for short-term field assignments
Qualifications
