Manual Machinist

Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Manual Machinist . This is not a machine operator role—this position requires hands-on experience in precision manual machining within a job shop or industrial repair environment. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a range of manual machines, including engine lathes, manual mills, and large vertical / horizontal mills
• Interpret complex engineered drawings and blueprints with a high degree of accuracy
• Use micrometers, calipers, and precision tools to maintain tolerances down to .0001"
• Hold overall part tolerances within .001"
• Consistently follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a zero-incident workplace
• Perform high-quality work under tight deadlines, including mandatory overtime
• Occasionally travel for short-term field assignments
