In this role, you’ll manage the full service cycle—from customer intake to the release of equipment—while ensuring a smooth, informed, and high-quality experience every step of the way.

• Provide exceptional customer service from intake to equipment release
• Assess equipment and recommend repair plans and pricing
• Coordinate with the Parts Department and Technicians to ensure timely service
• Communicate service updates clearly and professionally to customers
• Answer questions about repairs, services, and estimates
