In this role, you’ll manage the full service cycle—from customer intake to the release of equipment—while ensuring a smooth, informed, and high-quality experience every step of the way.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service from intake to equipment release
- Assess equipment and recommend repair plans and pricing
- Coordinate with the Parts Department and Technicians to ensure timely service
- Communicate service updates clearly and professionally to customers
- Answer questions about repairs, services, and estimates

2+ years’ experience in a Service Writer or Service Counter role (automotive, truck, or heavy equipment industries)Strong technical aptitude or background in construction equipment, trucking, or automotive serviceExcellent communication skills—both written and verbalProven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentComputer proficiency (Windows, DMS / Dealer Management Software a plus)Bobcat product knowledge is an assetValid Ontario driver’s license with a clean abstractPositive attitude, reliability, and customer-first mindset🎁 What We Offer
