Job Summary

We areseeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to join JointVenture & Infrastructure Project Management. Saudi PM Teams areresponsible and accountable for the delivery of best in classcapital projects.

JV & Infra PM is directly involved inexecuting and managing assigned projects safely on schedule withinbudget and to the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

This will involve engineering design procurement and constructionof various sizes ($) types and complexity of small medium tomultibillion dollar mega projects.

ProjectManagement Team manages and executes projects usually from multiplesite offices or engineering contractor design officesgeographically scattered throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The PM Specialist is a companywide recognized Subject Matter Expert(SME) in the field of Project Management. He provides expert adviceand guidance in one or more specialized areas of Project Managementincluding but not limited to project planning project execution andproject controls.

As an SME he utilizes his extensive experienceand knowledge to optimize project planning improve design andconstruction quality and to improve project costs and schedules.

The PM Specialist is an expert in one or more disciplines thatdirectly affect project performance including but not limited toplanning and scheduling project execution estimation costengineering geomatics value engineering and other Value ImprovementPractices.

Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice and guidance in projectplanning project execution and project control.
• Assist in resolving project management problems relatedto the area of expertise including addressing project planningdeficiencies project quality defects (in engineering procurement orconstruction) schedule delays and potential costoverruns.
• Collaborate closely with projectengineers and other project professionals offering work directionand guidance.
• Develop and implement strategiesaimed at improving project planning cost control scheduling andoverall project quality.
• Evaluate existingtools and methodologies within the area of expertise and makerecommendations for their implementation at ThisCompany.
• Lead internal or externalproblemsolving teams as directed by management.
• Conduct training courses in the area ofexpertise.
• Provide training and mentorship todeveloping engineers and other project managementprofessionals.
• Participate in the developmentof standards guidelines instructions policies and procedures asneeded.
• Participate in the review andevaluation of the capabilities of E&C contractors suppliers andproject management partners.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Bachelors degreein Engineering or Business from a recognized and approved program(advanced degree preferred).
• Obtain aProfessional certification by AACE (Association for the Advancementof Cost Engineering) PMI (Project Management Institute) or theprofessional engineering boards.
• Possessfifteen (15) years of experience in the project managementfield.
