Wood currently has an exciting opportunity for a Intermediate Mechanical Engineer to join our Mining & Minerals team. Reporting to the Mechanical Department Manager, this position is located in our Saskatoon, SK office.

  • Mechanical Engineering Undergraduate (BSc) or Graduate degree.
  • Professional Engineer ( in Canada with the ability to register in the province of Saskatchewan is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years focusing on mining projects.
  • Knowledge of mining projects, specifically potash and uranium, is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of materials handling, mechanical package experience, and fabrication is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills.
  • Authorization to lawfully work in Canada without sponsorship from Wood is required.
