Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, CADCAM, Engineering Drafting and Design or equivalent technical program5+ years experience as a mechanical designer, preferably with experience in mining and mechanical detailingProven experience with AutoCAD, Plant 3D and / or AVEVA E3D software and excellent knowledge of 3D design / draftingAble to perform calculations for detailed equipment design, such as for tanks, chute work, and laundersSelf-motivated with good leadership and interpersonal skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasksAbility to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environmentMust be willing to relocate to the Saskatoon area, if requiredAuthorization to lawfully work in Canada without sponsorship from Wood is requiredAdditional assets include : Potash, Uranium or other mining experience Design experience with specification generation, stress analysis and mechanical equipment layout, materials handling, piping, and / or HVAC Underground mining experience Site / construction experienceundefined
