We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as our Design Consultant (Full Commission). This role is full-time, permanent working out of our EQ3 Hanna Showroom store located at 3- 51 Hanna Avenue, M6K 3N7, Toronto, ON.

THE SKILLS YOU'LL NEED :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commission-based retail sales environment
• Proficient in operations and systems, including POS system and Microsoft Office
• Possess a creative flair or instinct that would be an asset to EQ3 sales objectives
• Knowledgeable of every product & home accessory offered within the store
• Detail-oriented in all aspects of the job
• Creative and persuasive communication sales style
• Excellent organizational skills and able to multitask
• Demonstrated talent for effective use of computerized systems, Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, able to work well with little or no supervision, and with a strong positive attitude
• Must be available to work full-time, up to and including evenings and weekends
