Responsibilities
Supports Business Analyst on functional requirements with understanding of process, data and system flows to facilitate design decisions within a functional domain.
Leads design discussions with understanding of process, data and system flows to facilitate design decisions within a functional domain.
Has a strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive clarity in complex and ambiguous scenarios.
Proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various groups across the organization.
Owns making configuration within the selected platforms
Provides technical oversight and guides teams to resolve complex and severe technical issues.
Supports one or more moderately to highly complex business processes
Champions best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures
Serves as a team member, sometimes as a technical lead, sometimes as a business analyst
Engages with solution architect and engineers to design / configure solutions.
Leads end-to-end testing as a SME and supports business stakeholders during UAT.
Qualifications
Education and / or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field.
Possess expert level understanding of software development practices and project life cycles
Proven experience with large-scale systems / application implementation.
8+ years as Systems or Business Systems Analyst; 10+ years in IT; Experience in a retail environment is mandatory.
Required to have working knowledge on Sustainability & Quality Management packages and business processes.
Experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting complex software systems, including production support
Extensive experience setting up support processes, monitoring / alerting / dashboarding for production software systems and interpreting telemetry
Hands-on experience customizing, configuring and supporting CBX Software
Has experience in building and deploying Power BI dashboards for reporting and analytics.
Has good understanding of development platforms (packaged and / or custom) within a functional domain.
Understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.
