What we need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a seasoned IT Systems Analyst within our PayByPhone line of business based in Vancouver, Canada. In this role, you will support the team that develops major components that power our consumer apps and global platform, enabling over 17 million users to conveniently pay for parking. You will report directly to Corporate IT Manager and work within the Corporate IT team to support both PayByPhone Staff & Teams to ensure productivity, maximize collaboration and ensure security.
The range for this role is between $60K CAD - $77K CAD.

As a Systems Analysts you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment reporting to the office located in Vancouver 3 days a week.

Role and Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include :
Triage tickets and work with ticketing systems to manage employee requests within defined communication and resolution SLAs.
Work closely with the Corporate IT team to solve problems that improve PayByPhone’s employee experience
Provision and maintain workstations
Partner with People & Culture to support onboarding and offboarding of employees
Develop and manage a procedure to maintain technology assets, including licenses and hardware
Collaborate with key stakeholders to document and improve current processes, continuously identifying gaps and opportunities for automation
Diagnose issues with hardware, software, network, A / V boardrooms, printer, and SIP telephones
Work with the Corporate IT team to optimize team internal processes and ensure productivity within the team
Work with Security and Compliance teams to support and advance key initiatives
Craft documentation, resource guides, tech specs, and training material
Qualifications and skills
3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
A passion for working with technology with the end-user experience in mind
Administering and troubleshooting in mixed Windows & Mac environment
Identifying pain points in processes and how these were overcome to reduce technical debt
Hands-on experience leading an initiative from start to finish, ability to document and self-manage projects and work with others on larger initiatives.
Ability to achieve goals while managing scope, time, quality, and risk
Experience with Windows and Mac systems, using modern deployment strategies and MDM device management solutions. Such as : AirWatch, Meraki, Mosyle, MDT / SCCM, Intune.
Experience with Atlassian suite of tools, Jira and Confluence. Administrative knowledge would be an asset.
Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory configuring accounts, groups and managing access.
Experience supporting users with cloud-based SaaS and SSO tools. Such as : OneLogin, Okta, Microsoft 365 Suite, G-Suite.
Experience working with and configuring various SSO technologies on an IDP level (SAML, JIT, SCIM)
Experience administrating hybrid Microsoft 365 environments including Azure AD, Exchange Online
Experience setting up and migrating devices into Microsoft Intune and Apple Deployment programs.
Knowledge of linux based servers, programming or scripting would be an asset
