Regional Sales Manager

British Columbia

Location : Burnaby, BC

Compensation : $150,000 – $155,000 base + performance bonus + benefits

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for premium products and value-based selling? Do you have a track record of leading teams, closing deals, and driving behavioural change? If so, this is an opportunity to join a well-established business in a pivotal leadership role.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager , you will :

  • Lead and develop a team of  sales representatives , coaching them to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Drive  developer, dealer, builder, general contractor, and contractor sales , growing relationships and securing new business.
  • Support the  inside sales, warehouse, and showroom teams , ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Execute a  strategic sales plan , identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and provide hands-on leadership,  ensuring the team delivers exceptional results.

  • Sales & Leadership Expert – Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and inspire high performance.
  • Closer & Negotiator – Strong deal-making skills with the ability to secure high-value contracts.

  • Industry Experience – Must have experience in premium, value-driven sales within the Building Materials Industry.
