The Role :
As Senior Manager, People & Culture , you’ll partner closely with leadership to develop and execute forward-thinking people strategies that attract top talent, foster an inclusive workplace, and drive performance. You’ll be a key driver in shaping culture, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring that HR initiatives align with business success.
What You’ll Do :
Strategic HR Leadership – Partner with leadership to develop organizational strategies, enhance workforce planning, and drive change management initiatives.
Talent & Culture – Lead recruitment efforts, succession planning, and employee engagement programs that attract and retain top talent.
Performance & Development – Champion learning and development programs, oversee performance management, and support career growth initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to employment laws, update policies, and maintain a fair and ethical workplace.
Data-Driven Insights – Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve people strategies.
Compensation & Benefits – Support competitive compensation structures that drive employee motivation and engagement.
What We’re Looking For :
A strategic and hands-on HR leader with at least 5 years of experience , including 2+ years in a leadership role .
Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance .
A natural relationship-builder who can influence at all levels and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Data-savvy with experience in HRIS, workforce analytics, and reporting .
A collaborative mindset with a passion for building a strong, people-first culture.
The Details :
Work Schedule : Full-time, 4 days in the office.
Salary : $120K - $140K.
