We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team at Go Auto. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of automotive industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dealership, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership and Team Development :

Inspire and lead a diverse team of sales, service, finance, and administrative professionals.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Operational Excellence :

    • Oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and administration.

  • Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Experience :

    • Uphold and enhance Go Auto's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Implement strategies to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive brand reputation in the community.
  • Sales and Business Development :

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales performance and customer acquisition.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous Experience : Experience building and retaining high performing teams in the Automotive Industry is essential. Current experience as a GSM or GM in a dealership is required.
  • Business Acumen : Demonstrated ability to drive sustainable growth and financial success.
  • Passion : A positive attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
  • Customer First Mindset : Exceptional listening skills and empathy, with a focus on understanding customer needs.
