What is the opportunity?
WMC is on a journey to transform the Advisor desktop experience to enable our Advisors and their teams to focus on what matters most : providing our clients with the AA experience. The Advisor Desktop strategy (Salesforce 2.0) aims to deliver a simplified Advisor Desktop powered by intelligence, enabling seamless client service, business growth, and productivity for teams.
The Director & Journey Lead will have accountability for the end to end experience in Salesforce (SF) and the ongoing deployment of capability. The Director & Journey Lead will be responsible to have a full understanding of the Salesforce 2.0 Strategy and align the Advisor team experience across the Salesforce platform and other integrating platforms.
What will you do?
- Define, optimize, and improve the Advisor Team journey across Salesforce, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring consistency of the experience across the platform
- Collaborate with product owners, ensuring that all members are aligned with the product goals to deliver an elevated experience
- Partner with the product owners, technology (including data & AI), and business teams to deliver a simple and intuitive platform that reduces friction and drives deeper product engagement
- Partner with Design, Research, Operations, Training, Communications, Change Enablement, etc. to achieve all roadmap outcomes
- Review requirements to ensure alignment to product experience objectives
- Work with the Director, Digital Product Strategy to set and prioritize roadmap items
